Remuneration Committee members (term of office from 2022.05.27-2025.05.26)

The Remuneration Committee is in charge of defining the duties and functions of the Remuneration Committee, reviewing the performance evaluation of the Company's directors and management team, as well as the remuneration policy, system, standards and structure, and the remuneration of directors and management team, and propose the same to the Board of Directors for discussion.
 

Remuneration Committee meetings are held at least twice a year. Please refer to the Company's annual reports for details on the committee meetings and attendance of each committee member.
