Getac Reports Fourth Quarter 2023 Result 2023Annual Earnings Per Share is NT$6.17 Getac Board of Directors declared a cash dividend of NT$ 5.0 per share

Getac Holdings Corporation (TSE:3005) at a meeting of the Board of Directors held today, approved its audited financial results for the fourth quarter ended on December 31st, 2023. Consolidated Revenue was NT$34,793 million, an increase of 7.13% as compared to NT$32,476 million in 2022. Net profit attributable to owners of the parent was NT$3,745 million, up 45.98% as compared to NT$2,565 million in 2022. Earning per share of 2023 (EPS) was NT$ 6.17, up 44.50% from $ 4.27 in 2022.

The board of directors of Getac at the meeting today also resolved to distribute a cash dividend of NT$5.0. The ex-dividend date is set for March 28, 2024. The record date for dividend distribution is set to be April 4, 2024, and the ordinary share register closed period is set from March 31,2024 to April 4, 2024. The cash dividend is scheduled to be distributed on April 26, 2024. The annual shareholders’ meeting is scheduled to be held on May 29, 2024.
